Source observations differ or contain incomplete identities. We retain their own time and charges; conflicting editions are excluded.
Different marketplace sellers or observations may appear separately. No delivery-time or shop-rating claim without supplied evidence. Check seller, warranty and delivery before paying. Commercial links may earn commission; this never sets their order.
Observed prices only, not complete market coverage. An older measurement is not a current offer. All dates use UTC.

| Storage | 2000 GB |

| Drive form factor | M.2 2280 |
| Interface | PCIe 4.0 ×4 / NVMe 2.0 |
| Edition heatsink | Unknown |
| Supplied read speed | 7450 MB/s |
| Supplied write endurance | 1200 TBW |
Manufacturer speeds are maxima under stated test conditions. They do not show sustained writing after the cache fills. TBW is a write-endurance warranty limit, not a predicted failure date; time limits also apply. Check M.2 length, interface and heatsink clearance in the host manual. Price per TB uses nominal decimal capacity and a confirmed delivered total.

For a fast 2TB upgrade when fit, cooling and firmware suit the host. Look beyond peak speed for long writes.
MZ-V9P2T0BW, 2TB without heatsink only. Not 1TB, 4TB, 990 EVO or the heatsink edition.
A good fit forYou need 2TB NVMe storage and will check the host slot and cooling.
Look further ifYou mainly write large files continuously and choose only on the peak claim.
Start with the workload. Apps, games and shorter copies differ from continuously writing large files.
The reviewed 2TB sample slows once its fast write cache fills, making your own workload more useful than a peak MB/s figure. This version has no factory heatsink: check slot clearance and cooling.
Include current firmware in the purchase check. Manufacturer stability updates mean an old owner problem says little about a new unit with different software.
The limited warranty sets time and write limits; it does not predict when a drive wears out.
Conditions: 2022 2TB test: 15 minutes of sequential writes with Iometer.
Meaning for your choice: Compare sustained transfers if that is your main workload.
Limits: No speed promise for later NAND revisions or full drives.
One 2TB user reports good daily operation but questions the health indicator. Another reports sleep/startup problems despite games working once booted.
A clean health check did not rule out that owner’s startup symptom.
Test restarting and waking as well as transfers in your own system. Consider firmware and concrete symptoms together; one health percentage is incomplete.
Two older, self-selected 2023 reports. They do not predict current-drive reliability or establish which later update fixes an individual complaint. Delivered firmware and NAND revision remain unknown. Small self-selected sample of self-reported owners; purchases and accounts are not independently verified. Not a representative survey or a Specufo member score. · Checked 2026-10-29
No Specufo hands-on test. The October 2022 2TB review predates Samsung’s mixed V7/V8 production notice from September 2023. Your unit’s firmware and revision can differ.
Compare for a factory heatsink; check clearance. The bare-drive test does not establish identical thermal behaviour.
Compare another 2TB PCIe 4.0 option on price, firmware and sustained-write tests of this exact capacity; no fixed performance ranking.
Choose what matters to you. The match counts documented properties that meet your wishes.
Select at least one wish below.
One point for each wish that is confirmed by the documented specification. Unknown is shown separately and never counts as a match. Extra capacity above your wish earns no bonus. Every wish counts equally. These are example wishes you can change.
A specification match, not a test score. The specification match does not measure sustained write speed, heat or reliability.
Experiences form a limited model-level selection. Multiple posts from one owner, sponsored experiences and republications are not additional independent measurements. Region, RAM, firmware and test conditions can change outcomes.
Speed, battery runtime, camera quality and reliability require relevant evidence. Conflicting opinions are not averaged into a misleadingly precise score.
Technology trade-offs for the documented features of this configuration. General characteristics, not a hands-on verdict about this unit.
PCIe is the link; NVMe is a storage protocol. M.2 is a form factor and does not prove the interface or generation.
TLC stores three bits per cell; controller and firmware also determine complete-drive behaviour.
The source reading record distinguishes manufacturer facts, external tests and self-reported owner contexts. Test conditions and edition limits remain attached to the findings. This is not a Specufo lab test or member rating. Versions, software and use can differ; read the test limitations.
Match the shop listing to these details. A similar name does not prove the same configuration.
3 specification fields remain unknown. Missing data is not a confirmed feature.
